GG.M. Sikander (Late)
Mr. G. M. Sikander hails from Gulabpur village. He received his early education in Gulabpur, later continuing his studies in Skardu. He completed his Master’s degree from the University of the Punjab and obtained a degree in Rural Development from the University of Birmingham, UK. He was the first CSP officer from Gilgit-Baltistan to join the District Management Group, serving in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and retiring as Federal Secretary for Housing and Works. He is the son of M. Ibrahim and Khadija Ibrahim, in whose name the schools run by Dost Foundation Pakistan have been established.
IImran Nadeem
Imran Nadeem currently serves as a member of the Gilgit-Baltistan Assembly and holds the position of Speaker of the GB Assembly. He is also Chairman of the Red Crescent Society Gilgit-Baltistan. A former Minister for Tourism, he holds a master’s degree from GC University Lahore and is an active social worker in the development sector. He began his career with the Aga Khan Rural Support Program and has held leadership roles with BCDF, BWCDO, and GBRSP.
NNazir Ahmed
Nazir Ahmad is a graduate of the University of the Punjab. He pursued higher studies in Canada and the United Kingdom, and holds vast experience in the development sector. He began his career with AKRSP as a Social Mobilizer and eventually retired as Provincial Manager. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of BCDF, Skardu.

JJafar Ali
He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Punjab University, Lahore, and brings 35 years of distinguished service in the Aga Khan Rural Support Program, where he contributed in diverse leadership and managerial roles.
DDr. Ali Abdullah
Dr. Ali Abdullah is a retired medical advisor with 30+ years in public health and social security healthcare. He now focuses on rural health, community outreach, and health education, continuing his lifelong commitment to compassionate care.
AAhmed Khan
Ahmed Khan, M.Com (Hailey College, PU), has extensive experience in finance and administration across development and government sectors. He has worked with AKRSP, PPHI GB, and USAID projects, and currently serves as District Monitoring Officer in Skardu under the Chief Secretary Office GB.
MMuhammad Nazir
Muhammad Nazir is a retired Director Education Baltistan with over 35 years of service. He played key roles in educational leadership, teacher training, and expanding access to quality education across Gilgit-Baltistan.
